James Quish

James Quish is an experienced solar energy professional currently serving as Solar Program Manager at ICAST since September 2020, where leadership of a sales team has led to the successful sale of 1.5 MW of solar energy in the multifamily affordable housing sector. Previously, as Solar Business Development Manager, James generated and secured financing for numerous solar projects while developing standard operating procedures to streamline sales processes. Prior experience includes roles at Cal Solar Inc., where James established over 50 multifamily housing accounts, achieved significant sales growth, and worked as a Project Manager at Integrated Energy Solutions focusing on energy efficiency and renewable energy implementation. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UCLA, James's early career included research assistant positions at Yale University and UCLA, demonstrating a diverse skill set in both renewable energy and research.
