Amine Jbeily serves as the Technical Director at the International Association of Cereal Science and Technology (ICC) since April 2016, and has been the Co-Technical Director since August 2012, playing a crucial role in standardization and supporting ICC's headquarters in Vienna. Additionally, Amine Jbeily has been a registered Certified Auditor with AB Certification since 2008, performing ISO 9001 and 22000 audits across various sectors, including wineries and food processing. Amine Jbeily is also the Laboratory Head at the Industrial Research Institute in Lebanon, overseeing an accredited laboratory focused on grains, flour, and bread research since September 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Quality Management in Agro-Industries from Lebanese University and an Engineer’s Degree in Agriculture and Food Technology from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik.
