Satheesh Ravala

Satheesh Ravala is the Senior Vice President of Cloud Engineering and Operations at Ellie Mae. Satheesh has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, with a focus on cloud platforms. Satheesh began their career at Yahoo in 2002, where they eventually became the Senior Director of Cloud Platform. In this role, they were responsible for running large scale Cloud Platform- Production Engineering. Satheesh left Yahoo in 2015 to join Ellie Mae as the SVP of Cloud Engineering & Operations. In this role, they were responsible for defining and implementing the company's cloud strategy, interacting with executives and the board of directors, managing a multimillion-dollar budget, and regular customer interaction. In April 2019, Ellie Mae was acquired by Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE) and Satheesh became the SVP of Engineering at ICE Mortgage Technology Division, which includes Ellie Mae, MERS, and Simplifile.

Satheesh Ravala studied engineering leadership at the University of California, Berkeley as part of their Engineering Leadership Professional Program. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science at Sri Venkateswara University.
