Ida Elisabeth Rognlid

Ida Elisabeth Rognlid has a range of work experience in the field of HR. Ida Elisabeth started working at Coor Service Management in 2007, where they held roles such as HR consultant and HR advisor, responsible for HR project management and supporting business areas. In 2013, Rognlid joined the Oslo District Court as a Senior HR advisor, working closely with leaders on operational and strategic HR tasks. In 2016, they temporarily held the position of Acting HR Manager at Oslo tingrett, overseeing the HR section and being a member of the court's top management group. Currently, since 2018, Rognlid is employed at ice Norge, where they initially worked as an HR Partner and is now the Head of HR.
