Emma Jepson

Emma Jepson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emma started their career at Waterstones as an Assistant Manager before moving on to become a Non Fiction Grader and Sports & Entertainment Buyer. Emma then worked as a Books Buyer at Borders UK and as a Category Manager/Buyer at Entertainment UK. Emma also held positions at LateSail.com, Portfolio Books, and The British Museum Company. At PPL, they served as a Performer Relations Manager, and at ICE, they worked as a Rightsholder Relations Manager and Head of Customer Processes. Most recently, Emma has been working at ICE as the Head of Business Development. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in account management, sales, negotiations, project management, and customer relationship management.

Emma Jepson has a diverse education background. In 2022, they completed a program called "MBA Essentials" at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they studied Economics, Strategy, Finance, and Leadership.
