Tryggvi Hardarson

Tryggvi Hardarson has worked in a number of roles since 1983. Tryggvi began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Icelandic Fisheries Laboratoies in 1983, followed by a role as a Software Engineer and Marketing Manager at Íróun hf. in 1985. From 1991 to 1994, they were a Sales Manager at Örtölvutækni Tölvukaup. Tryggvi then moved to Íslensk Forritaðeróun as a Marketing Manager from 1994 to 1996. From 1996 to 2001, they were the IT Manager at Coca Cola Bottler of Iceland Vifilfell. Tryggvi then became the Purchasing and Planning Manger at the same company from 2001 to 2011. In 2011, they were hired as the Plant Manager at Icelandic Glacial Inc. and from 2015 to 2022 they held roles as Senior Manager Operations Supply Chain and Snr. Mgr Operational Excellence at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. Tryggvi is currently the Production Director at Icelandic Glacial.

Tryggvi Hardarson has a long history of education. Tryggvi began their studies in 1979 at Háskóli Íslands, where they earned a Bsc in Mechanical Engineering in 1983. Tryggvi then continued their studies at the same institution, earning a Bsc in Computer Science in 1985. After this, they attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they earned an MsC in Industrial Engineering in 1991. Finally, they attended Reykjavík University in 2009, where they studied International Business.
