Sylvester Neyyan Joy has a diverse range of work experience. Sylvester started their career as an Intern at Apollo Tyres Ltd in 2016. Sylvester then went on to work as a Research Intern at Vidya Academy of Science and Technology, where they conducted research on the analysis of warpage and shrinkage properties of autoclave cured polymer composites.

After that, Sylvester joined QuEST Global as a Piping Design Engineer, where they were responsible for detailed piping designing using various tools and designing systems such as HRSG, RO Skid, Dosing Skid, and more.

In 2020, Sylvester co-founded Lingo Mentor, a platform for online language learning. As the Chief Operating Officer, they helped establish the company and positively impacted the lives of over 150 candidates.

Sylvester then worked at KFC UK & Ireland as a Team Member and gained experience in a customer-facing role. Sylvester later joined Ant Marketing as a Customer Service Representative.

Currently, Sylvester is working as a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer at Iceotope Technologies Limited.

Sylvester Neyyan Joy has a diverse educational background in engineering and computer science. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Vidya Academy of Science and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they attended St Antonys HSS and obtained a Higher Secondary degree in Computer Science. Currently, Sylvester is enrolled at Sheffield Hallam University, where they are pursuing a Master's degree in Advanced Mechanical Engineering, starting in 2021 and expected to be completed in 2022. Additionally, Sylvester has obtained a certification in "Introduction to Composite" from The Native Lab, although the specific month and year of completion are not available.
