Thomas Parker has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Thomas started their career in 2014 as a Project Assistant at ICEOTOPE, where they were responsible for key deliverables in different teams, gaining a unique perspective on technology and startup operations. In 2014, they also worked as a Student Ambassador and a Computing in Schools Mentor at Sheffield Hallam University, where they collaborated with schools to encourage students to pursue computing careers.

In 2016, Thomas joined Iceotope Technologies Limited as a System Architect, and later became an Assistant Product Development Manager in 2017. Thomas then progressed to the role of Programme Manager in 2019, overseeing various projects. From 2021 to 2022, they served as an Operations Programmes Manager, responsible for managing operational programs. Thomas currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Iceotope Technologies Limited, starting in June 2022.

Thomas Parker completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Computing from Sheffield Hallam University, studying from 2012 to 2016. Thomas also obtained a certification in 9309-12 Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager from ILM with a distinction. Thomas achieved this certification in November 2021.
