Alexandra Roberts is an experienced professional in customer success and strategic operations, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the COO at Icertis since February 2023. Previously, Alexandra held various leadership roles at SAP, including Senior Director of Professional Services for Strategic Accounts and Services Sales Manager for Intelligent Spend and Business Network. With a strong focus on customer outcomes, Alexandra has a proven track record in driving adoption and expansion of procurement practices, as well as overseeing high-impact deployments of advanced procurement software at billion-dollar companies. Alexandra's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Strategy Analyst at Accenture Federal Services, where efforts resulted in enhanced supply chain operations for US Government agencies, and roles as a Research Analyst. Alexandra holds a degree in International Affairs, Security Policy, and Asian Studies from The George Washington University.
