Chris Ferrier

Chris Ferrier is a seasoned satellite operations professional with extensive experience in high-stakes environments. Currently serving as Senior Satellite Operations Manager at ICEYE since May 2020, Chris previously held key roles at OneWeb, where responsibilities included acting as Mission Director for the successful launch and operations of 34 satellites. A background with Sky and Space Global and EUMETSAT further solidified expertise in operations preparation and satellite control. Chris's career began in the British Army as a Communications Systems Engineer, providing a strong foundation in technical operations and communication systems. Chris holds an NVQ Level 3 Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Communications and IT.
