Katarzyna Szczygielska

Katarzyna Szczygielska is an experienced RF Engineer at ICEYE since October 2017 and previously held the position of Electronics Specialist at Astri Polska from June 2012 to September 2017, focusing on electronic system design and EGSE design for satellite missions, including significant projects for the European Space Agency. Responsibilities included analyzing customer requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and designing RF systems for satellite ground station testing. Katarzyna's earlier roles included a position as a Trainee, where Java application development and in-building object localization research were undertaken, and as a Radiocommunication Specialist at Space Research Center PAS, developing adaptive transmitter models for LEO satellite communication systems. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunication from Warsaw University of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Electronics, Computer Science, and Telecommunications from the same institution.
