Lauri Ignatius

Lauri Ignatius serves as Associate General Counsel, Corporate at ICEYE since August 2019, previously holding the position of Senior Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes roles at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd., progressing from Associate to Senior Associate between February 2015 and August 2019. Lauri undertook a Master's Thesis as a Thesis Trainee at Roschier in late 2014, focusing on shareholders' agreements and contract limitations. Legal training began at Itella, where Lauri served as a Legal Trainee, followed by a Trainee role at Avance Attorneys, gaining exposure to M&A and corporate law. Early career experiences also included positions at Hannes Snellman Attorneys at Law Ltd., and various traineeships at Roschier, along with a role as a translator at OOO VERTEK. Educational background includes a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Helsinki and an exchange program at Saint Petersburg State University.
