Sarah Nathalie Waser serves as the Global Head of Customer Success & Solution Engineering at ICEYE since June 2022, where responsibilities include building a Customer Solutions and Success team, managing customer success and solution engineering teams, and leading content and project management for client engagement. Prior to ICEYE, Waser worked as a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company and held various roles at UBS, where contributions spanned digital transformation strategies, agile working methods, and the launch of digital payment solutions. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at McKinsey and strategic planning at AXA. Waser holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Zurich and has completed additional certifications in Statistical Modelling and Data Analysis.
