Shawn Ow

Shawn Ow is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at both ICF Group and TSL Holdings (s) Pte Ltd since 2019 and 2016, respectively. At TSL Holdings, Shawn oversees financial operations, strategic initiatives, and corporate development, including mergers and acquisitions across diverse sectors such as marine, construction, and real estate. Additionally, Shawn is the Managing Director of Genesis One Tech Farm and previously held the position of Director in Investment Banking at Standard Chartered Bank, where key achievements included significant M&A and financing transactions in the financial services sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Master’s in Materials Science and Engineering from Imperial College London.
