Judit Kmosko

Judit Kmosko has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Judit currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at ICF Tech Hungary since February 2022. Prior to this, Judit founded HR Inkubátor in 2019, where they focused on HR consulting and advisory services. Judit also worked as a Lecturer at MODART International and Budapest Business School, specializing in Human Resource Management. In addition, Judit has held various HR leadership positions, including Human Resources Director and Human Resources Consultant, at companies such as Vanguards Fashion Group, Nanushka, and Mellow Mood Hotels. Judit has also worked as the Director of People Operations at Planorama. With a strong background in HR management, Judit brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.

Judit Kmosko is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management and Leadership at the University of Debrecen since 2021. Judit holds a Master's degree in International Business from Anglia Ruskin University, obtained between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Budapest Business University from 2006 to 2010. In 2019, Judit received a Business Coach certification from Business Coach Kft. Additionally, they have obtained a Workplace Health & Safety Certificate in 2017. Judit is also working towards completing a certification in "FranklinCovey The 7 habits of highly effective people" from the University of Debrecen, expected to be obtained in 2023.
