Brandi Watkins

Brandi Watkins is a seasoned grants management professional with extensive experience in overseeing grant processes and compliance. Currently serving as the Grants Management Team Lead and Unit Lead at ICF since July 2018, Brandi Watkins supervises Grants Specialists and ensures proper review procedures are followed. Previously, as a Grant and Compliance Officer for the Foundation for Puerto Rico, Brandi Watkins contributed to the development of compliance monitoring plans and facilitated applicant outreach for the Whole Community Resilience Program. Earlier experience includes an Administrator/Estimator role at Prime Maintenance, where Brandi Watkins prepared construction estimates and conducted site visits, along with housing inspections for disaster survivors with WSP Inspection Services. Brandi Watkins holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a high school diploma from Colegio Nuestra Señora de La Merced.
