Courtney Partlow

Courtney Partlow is a seasoned executive currently serving as Senior Vice President and Division Leader of ICF's Environment and Planning division, overseeing a team of over 700 professionals dedicated to environmental and conservation efforts. Previously, Courtney held various leadership roles at ICF, including Senior Vice President for Special Projects, Managing Partner for Growth at ICF Next, and Senior Vice President for Public Sector Group Business Development, where Courtney managed business operations and supported a pipeline valued at over $4 billion. With a strong background in proposal and business development, Courtney has also been involved in marketing and outreach initiatives as a Board Member for the Loudoun Ballet Company. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from William & Mary and a Master's degree in Natural Resources with an emphasis on Global Sustainability from Virginia Tech.
