Kathleen Mahan

Kathleen Mahan currently serves as Vice President and Strategic Capture Team Leader at ICF since August 2024. Previously, Kathleen held the role of Consultant and former Chief Growth Officer at BLN24 from February 2023 to September 2024. Kathleen has extensive experience as a Growth Consultant at Kuur until September 2024 and as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Leidos from November 2019 to January 2023. Additional roles include Sales and Business Development Consultant at veda, Advisor at Chalant Health, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Change Healthcare, and positions on advisory boards for Vieosoft and Araxid. Kathleen earned an Executive Development degree in Enterprise Leadership from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2021, an MBA in International Finance & Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a BS in Pre-Law & Communications from Northern Arizona University.
