Mary Joyce Schwarz

Mary Joyce Schwarz is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in both the nonprofit and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at ICF Next and Senior Vice President, Division Lead at ICF since 2013, Mary oversees a team of over 500 professionals dedicated to providing digital and engagement support for numerous federal, state, and local agencies. Previously, as COO of the Lupus Foundation of America, Inc., Mary directed operational functions and strategic planning initiatives. Early in the career, Mary contributed significant strategic insights as VP/Senior Strategist at MMG, focusing on outreach for over 100 clinical trials across various medical fields. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Pennsylvania.
