Tri Le, PhD, MPH, currently serves as Senior Manager and Principal Product Owner at ICF, leading the implementation and maintenance of quality measures for various healthcare facilities under the CMS ADELE-QRI BPA. Previously, Tri held similar positions at SemanticBits and Ventera, contributing expertise in the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (iQIES) and managing transitions in quality reporting programs. Tri's earlier roles included research public health analyst positions at RTI International, where significant quality measures for Long Term Care Hospitals were developed, as well as involvement in projects at the CRISMA Center and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Tri's educational background includes a PhD in Health Services Research and Policy from the University of Pittsburgh and an MPH in Health Management and Policy from Drexel University.
