Henrike Schaum

Henrike Schaum is a professional consultant at ICG Integrated Consulting Group since January 2023, with a prior role as a Policy Officer for EU and International Affairs at the Austrian Chamber of Labour Vienna from January 2018 to December 2021. Schaum has also contributed as a lecturer in European Policy at UAS BFI Vienna, where the focus included EU operations and legislative initiatives. Previous experiences include volunteering at Impact Hub Vienna, interning with the Austrian Federal Chamber of Labour, and working as a research assistant and intern in various European research institutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Socioeconomics from WU Vienna and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Mannheim, alongside additional studies at Université catholique de Louvain. Currently pursuing further education in coaching and organizational consulting through ÖAGG, Schaum brings a comprehensive background in European policy and research to the consulting field.
