Thomas Mandl

Thomas Mandl is a seasoned professional in change management and organizational development, currently serving as Managing Partner at Riverside Change Consultants since July 2024, where the focus is on creating sustainable impact. In addition, Thomas has been a Consultant and Partner at ICG Integrated Consulting Group since August 2002, specializing in supporting change projects and strategic development. Thomas holds an Executive MBA (TEMBA) from Cal State East Bay, earned between 2005 and 2006, and a DI (fh) in Production and Management from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, obtained in 2002.
