Caroline Oakley

Caroline Oakley has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Caroline'smost recent role was as the Head of Human Resources at ICG Medical, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at ALD Automotive from June 2022 to August 2022. Caroline also held the role of People and Culture Manager at Xledger UK from February 2022 to April 2022. Before their recent roles, they served as a People Manager at Yeo Valley Organic from January 2020 to January 2022 and as the Head of People at We The Curious from May 2015 to December 2019. Caroline's earlier experience includes roles as an HR Administration Manager at Bath Spa University, an Associate HR Business Partner/Resourcing Partner at Skanska, and the Head of HR & Recruitment at Smart Traffic Ltd. Caroline also worked as an HR Manager at SmartFocus and as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant at Hamlin Knight.
