David Reed

David Reed has over 20 years of experience in legal and business affairs. David started their career in 2006 when they joined Osteotech, Inc. as the Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary and Senior Director of Legal Affairs. In 2007, they became Of Counsel at Schuster Aguilo, LLP where they opened the firm's first Stateside office and focused on labor and regulatory matters in Federal Courts. In 2008, they became General Counsel at Rondaxe Pharmaceuticals and Attorney at Axiom Law Firm. In 2009, they formed Reed CNY Business Law, P.C. where they applied their knowledge to help small businesses compete. In 2012, they became Director of New Initiatives at F.O.C.U.S. Greater Syracuse, Inc. In 2014, they became General Counsel at Ichor Therapeutics, Inc., where they handled most legal matters and acted as senior advisor to the executive team. In 2017, they became an Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University College of Law. In 2018, they joined the Management Team at BioPortUSA. In 2020, they became an Adjunct Professor at Al Yamamah University.

David Reed attended Westhill High School from 1969 to 1975. David then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government; Russian from Dartmouth College from 1975 to 1978. Finally, they completed a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Business, Real Estate, and International from Syracuse University College of Law from 1982 to 1985.
