Jennifer Speer

Jennifer Speer has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on management and leadership roles. Jennifer started their career at Camco oilfield services in 1994, where they held various HR positions. In 1998, they joined Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Human Resources Leader for the IT Division. Jennifer then joined GCR Bridgestone/Firestone in 2002 as an HR Generalist. In 2004, they became the Human Resources Manager at Zebra Imaging. Jennifer then worked at Celerity, Inc. from 2007 to 2009, where they first served as the Manager of Human Resources & Benefits and later as the Human Resources Manager. Jennifer has been with Ichor Systems, Inc. since 2010, starting as the Director of Human Resources and progressing to Sr. Director and then Vice President of Human Resources.
