Gaurav Dhawan

Gaurav Dhawan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Head of Sales for the Transaction Banking Group at ICICI Bank since July 2016. In this role, Gaurav manages a team of nine Account Managers, providing clients with trade, forex, treasury, and digital solutions. Gaurav has also held the position of Regional Head Sales for Cash Management Services, where responsibilities included driving payment gateway and API solutions while engaging with senior leadership to expand the portfolio in designated regions. Prior to joining ICICI Bank, Gaurav worked as a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on ERP implementation for TCS Japan. Gaurav holds an MBA in Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College.
