Nivedita Mitra

Nivedita Mitra is a Senior In-house Legal Counsel at ICICI Bank, serving since September 2015, with previous experience as a Legal Manager at Srei from December 2009 to August 2015, where responsibilities included drafting petitions and settlement documents, and resolving stressed accounts through legal processes. Nivedita also gained valuable experience through internships under Senior Advocate Ratnanko Banerji and Senior Advocate Milon Mukherjee, focusing on company, civil, and criminal laws. Nivedita holds a B.A LLB (Honors) degree from the University of Calcutta, completed in 2009, and a high school diploma in Business/Commerce from St John's Diocesan High School, Kolkata.
