Briji Ajay

Briji Ajay has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Associate Vice President at ICICI Lombard since October 2019, progressing through roles such as Chief Manager and Senior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Analyst at School of Light Pvt. Ltd. from May 2018 to October 2019, and a position as Human Resources Specialist at Quantiphi in mid-2017. Briji started a career in human resources at YES BANK, working as Assistant Manager from May 2013 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Human Resources from K J Somaiya Institute of Management (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering (2007-2011).
