Alison Francis

Alison Francis has extensive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on management and consultancy. Alison worked as the Director of Human Resources at Icicle Seafoods, Inc., overseeing various departments and leading the Covid 19 Taskforce. Prior to this, they owned their own consulting firm, Francis Consulting, where they provided HR and change management advice to small and medium-sized companies.
