Dave Cacciatore

Dave Cacciatore has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dave started their career at Delta Dental of New Jersey, where they worked as a Customer Service Agent before transitioning to the role of Training Coordinator. During this time, they were responsible for training new associates and implementing a call monitoring system.

In 2002, Dave became a Subject Matter Expert/QA Tester at Delta Dental of New Jersey. Dave created test plans, utilized various IBM/Rational Tools, and developed automated testing scripts. Dave held this position until 2008.

In 2009, Dave joined Delta Dental of NJ as a Senior SQA Analyst. Dave created test plans and documentation for data conversion projects and developed test cases and manual test scripts.

Since 2011, Dave has been working at iCIMS, where they have held multiple roles. Dave started as a Business Analyst, developing project requirements and user stories. Dave then became a Manager, leading a team of Business Analysts and providing direction to team members. After that, they transitioned to the role of Senior Manager, Product Management, where they led the operational planning and execution of the Product Management team. Subsequently, Dave became an Associate Director and then a Director, both roles focused on providing strategy, vision, and coaching to the Release Management and Program Management teams.

Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Dave Cacciatore is currently pursuing an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. No specific start or end date was provided.
