Andreea Wade

Andreea Wade has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andreea currently serves as the Vice President of Product Strategy at iCIMS, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent Cloud AI at iCIMS from October 2021 to December 2022. Andreea also worked as the Senior Portfolio Director for AI/ML at iCIMS from May 2020 to October 2021.

Before joining iCIMS, Andreea co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Opening.io, an AI/ML startup. Opening.io was acquired by iCIMS in 2020. Andreea also worked as the European Pioneers Programme Manager at ThoughtBox Ltd., an EU accelerator program, from May 2015 to March 2016.

Additionally, Andreea has experience as the Head of Product Management at Independent News & Media from December 2014 to June 2015. Andreea was also the Founder of AskATon, a female-friendly event platform, from August 2013 to January 2015.

Andreea's other roles include being an Organiser at Startup Weekend, Managing Director at Brandalism, and Product Management Lecturer & Mentor at Digital Skills Academy. Andreea also served as the Managing Director of CITY TOUR SRL from December 2007 to May 2011.

In 2023, Andreea is set to become the Chairwoman of the Board at Recruitroo.

Andreea Wade's education history begins in 1998 when they attended the Romanian Canadian University and obtained a degree in Journalism. From 2004 to 2007, they studied at Dublin Business School and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Media and Marketing. In 2012, they enrolled at NUI Galway and completed a Foundation diploma in Train the Trainer, focusing on Training. Additionally, in the same year, they also attended Dublin Design Institute where they obtained an Associate Diploma in Graphic Design, specializing in Graphic Design.
