Ed Pang

Ed Pang has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ed'smost recent position was as a Senior Service Operations Analyst at iCIMS, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce as a Professional Services Resource Manager from August 2019 to April 2023. Ed also served as a Project Manager at Micro Focus Government Solutions from July 2018 to August 2019. Ed has experience as a Business Operations Analyst at Micro Focus and Hewlett Packard Enterprise from September 2017 to July 2018 and from April 2014 to August 2017, respectively. Ed worked as a Market Data Analyst at SmartStream Technologies from May 2012 to April 2014. Ed started their career as an Accounting Clerk at Accountemps from May 2011 to May 2012. Ed also has experience in customer service and management roles at Sears Holdings Corporation and Sylvan Learning Centers from June 2007 to July 2010 and from September 2003 to September 2006, respectively. At Sylvan Learning Centers, they managed the learning center, diagnosed new students, and handled the flow of learning materials and supplies.
