Evan Colechia

Evan Colechia has a diverse work experience history. Evan first started their career as an intern at Cheshire Town Hall in 2015, where they worked in the Finance Department and Town Manager's office. In 2016, Evan worked as an Intern at Travelers, where they collected and analyzed data on claimants eligible for insurance coverage. Evan also documented lawsuit information in an environmental claim database and interpreted claimant information related to health and employment.

Evan then joined Gartner in 2017 as a Business Development Specialist. Evan achieved exceptional results, exceeding their goals and earning a promotion within 9 months. At Gartner, Evan focused on CEB Talent Assessment, providing senior leaders and their teams with insights and actionable solutions to transform talent operations.

From 2018 to 2020, Evan worked as an Account Manager at SHL. Evan helped organizations improve talent management by leveraging talent research and incorporating best practices aligned with strategic goals. Evan's expertise in upskilling individuals, teams, and leaders drove measurable bottom-line benefits for their clients.

Currently, Evan is at iCIMS, where they hold the position of Account Manager. Evan'sresponsibilities include managing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction. Evan recently transitioned to the role of Senior Account Manager in January 2023.

Evan Colechia attended Cheshire High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their High School Degree. In 2013, they began studying at Elon University, majoring in Finance. Evan completed their undergraduate education at Elon University in 2017. In 2015, they also participated in the CET Academic Program, focusing on International Business. Additionally, in the same year, they took part in the Life Entrepreneur Program at Elon University.
