Kevin Charles has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles in the sales and business development field. In their current position at iCIMS, they serve as the RVP Account Management/Client Sales. Prior to this, Kevin held leadership positions at companies such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Instructure, Bullhorn, and TMP Worldwide. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in driving sales growth, managing teams, and developing strategic account plans. Kevin has a strong background in talent management solutions and recruitment advertising, and has successfully coached and mentored sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.

From 1987 to 1992, Kevin Charles attended The University of Texas at Austin and earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
