Phil Rodriguez

Phil Rodriguez's work experience began in 1998 as an Account Executive for Comrise Technology. Phil then worked for iCIMS as an Account Executive from 1998 to 2001. Phil served as the Director of Sales, Data Center Services at Data Foundry from 2001 to 2006. Phil returned to iCIMS in 2006 as a Senior Account Executive for the Southwest Territory until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise West at Taleo. Phil joined Oracle in 2012 as an Application Sales Manager IV and then moved to SuccessFactors later that year as a PSM supporting Recruiting Execution product lines. Phil worked at HireVue from 2013 to 2019 in various sales roles, including Regional Sales Manager and Regional Sales Director. In 2019, Phil joined iCIMS as the VP Sales - Recruitment Marketing Suite and later transitioned to the role of RVP Enterprise Account Management in 2020.

Phil Rodriguez attended Caltech from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Engineering & Applied Science with a field of study in Mechanical Engineering.
