Ryan McFeeley

Ryan McFeeley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ryan began their career as a Recruiter at FDM Group in May 2016, where they sourced candidates, managed recruitment projects, and built relationships. In January 2018, they were promoted to Senior Recruiter, taking on additional responsibilities in international recruitment.

In 2018, Ryan joined MBN Solutions as a Consultant, specializing in data science and analytics. Ryan developed strong relationships with senior management and provided valuable solutions to clients.

Ryan then joined Cromwell in August 2020 as a Business Development Manager, focusing on driving new business in Scotland across various industries. Ryan excelled in generating and nurturing sales leads, delivering excellent service to their customers.

Most recently, Ryan joined iCIMS in October 2021 as a Customer Success Manager. Ryan was initially recruited by a company called Candidate.ID, which was later acquired by iCIMS in 2022.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships, deliver results, and provide valuable solutions to clients.

Ryan McFeeley completed their Bachelor's Degree in BA (Hons) Psychology at the University of Strathclyde, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Sales: Customer Success from LinkedIn in February 2023, Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in July 2021, Certified Sales Professional from the Institute of Sales Professionals in April 2021, and Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2021.
