Tracy Cai

Tracy Cai is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in key account management, operations, and finance. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at ICIS since November 2020, Tracy has earned the title of Best Employee of the Year in both 2021 and 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Airwallex and Dongpu Fine Ceramics New Material Tech Co., Ltd, where Tracy excelled as Chief Operations Officer & International Trade Head, successfully building an international trade e-commerce team and managing global operations. Earlier positions at Standard Chartered Bank involved trading and liquidity management, complemented by foundational experience in academia as a teaching assistant at Carnegie Mellon University and roles in consulting and IT.
