Pourya Salehi

Pourya Salehi is currently the Head of Urban Research, Innovation, and Development Team at ICLEI since January 2017. Prior to this role, Pourya worked as the Acting Head of the Urban Research Team, Senior Research Officer, Research Officer, and Junior Officer at the Urban Research Team. Pourya is also currently serving as the Co-chair of the Research & Innovation Technical Working Group at the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy (GCoM) since February 2022. Pourya obtained a Master of Science degree in Land Management and Property Rights with a focus on Sustainable Development and Resilience from Technical University of Munich from 2014 to 2016.
