Evelyn Sousa has a diverse work experience in customer support and customer experience roles. Evelyn is currently working as a Customer Experience Specialist at iClinic. Prior to this, they worked at Delivery Center as a Customer Experience Assistant from May 2021 to December 2021. Before that, they were employed at Emefarma, where they held the position of Customer Service Assistant from February 2021 to May 2021 and as an Electronic Order Assistant from February 2018 to January 2021. Evelyn also has experience working at Grupo Profarma, where they worked as a Customer Service Consultant II from April 2015 to February 2017, as a Customer Service Operator from September 2014 to April 2015, and as a Receptive Telemarketing Operator from March 2014 to September 2014.

Evelyn Sousa's education history begins in 2021, when they enrolled at UNIABEU to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Evelyn is expected to complete their studies in 2026.
