Oxana Raim

Oxana Raim has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Oxana began their career in 2006 as an Event Project Manager at Asia Mix, LLP, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of full-scale event projects. Oxana then moved on to J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, where they worked as an Account Manager from 2007 to 2010.

In 2010, Oxana joined Aegis Media as a Digital Account Director, where they supervised clients' initiatives, contributed to new business development, implemented new digital tools, and managed a team of specialists. During their time at Aegis Media, they spearheaded the agency's development and achieved significant revenue growth and the acquisition of seven new long-term clients.

Oxana progressed to Nokia in 2011, taking on the role of Marketing Manager for Kazakhstan and Caucasus. Oxana developed and executed marketing plans, managed the budget, coordinated with advertising agencies, and successfully initiated various customer-related marketing activities. Under their leadership, the company achieved an increase in market share.

From 2012 to 2013, Oxana served as the Managing Director at Advance Digital, where they had full operational and strategic management responsibilities. Oxana set financial performance goals, implemented efficient business processes, and managed a team to deliver exceptional results for international clients.

After Advance Digital, Oxana joined Rocket Firm as COO from 2013 to 2016. In this role, they formulated strategic plans for the agency's growth and development, administered operational policies, and oversaw recruitment processes.

Oxana then transitioned to The Froot Company in 2018 as the Business Development Director. Oxana played a vital role in expanding the startup's presence in Kazakhstan, Turkey, and the Philippines. The Froot Company is a crowd-building platform that offers solutions for purchasing expensive goods at affordable prices.

From 2020 to 2022, Oxana worked at Froot.kz, where they held the position of Head of HR. Their responsibilities included overseeing HR operations and managing the recruitment process.

In 2021, Oxana became an ICLUB Partner in Central Asia & Caucasus. ICLUB Global is an international network of private investors in startups, founded by TA Ventures. In this role, they collaborated with members to co-invest in technological and high-growth companies across Europe and North America. Oxana later advanced to the role of Executive Partner, Asia in 2023 and then Managing Director Dealflow in the same year.

Additionally, in 2022, Oxana joined TA Ventures as a Venture Partner in Emerging Markets, further expanding their expertise in the world of venture capital.

Throughout their career, Oxana has gained valuable skills in strategic management, business development, team building, and negotiation. Oxana has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth and achieve results for international clients.

Oxana Raim attended the University of International Business Kazakhstan from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
