Jad Greer

Jad Greer has a diverse work experience in various IT leadership roles. Starting from 2008, they worked as an Application Support Analyst at Symitar. Jad was responsible for implementing and configuring software systems for financial institutions and providing training to clients. In 2009, they worked as a Management Intern and IT Administrator at Oranim, where they implemented and maintained IT systems. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Network Administrator and Systems Administrator at Apollo Group, overseeing network infrastructure and supporting customers at Western International University. In 2013, they became a Business Manager II at Valley Hope Association, leading multiple departments. Jad then joined Amazon as an IT Support Engineer from 2014 to 2016, providing technical support and implementing solutions for high-severity issues. From 2016 to 2018, Jad served as the Director of Information Technology at Education at Work, managing a team and supporting infrastructure for various organizations. Most recently, they held the position of Chief Information Officer & Acting Chief Information Security Officer at the Industrial Commission of Arizona, overseeing IT operations and managing a significant budget. In 2023, Jad will be starting a new role as the Chief Information Officer / Chief Information Security Officer at ICM Document Solutions.

Jad Greer completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in MBA (Management) from Western International University, enrolling from 2010 to 2012. Before that, they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a field of study in Information Systems from San Diego State University, attending from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their educational background, Jad also earned the A+ certification from CompTIA in October 2010 and the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2021.
