Erika Jerome has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Erika currently holds the position of Head of Corporate Talent Acquisition at Creative Artists Agency, where they have been since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at the same company. From 2021 to 2022, Erika served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at ICM Partners. Erika also gained experience as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruitment at City of Hope from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition-Care 1st at Blue Shield of California from 2017 to 2019.
