Courtney Kelley

Courtney Kelley has a diverse work experience, primarily focused on human resources and legal roles. Courtney is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at ICM Partners since June 2020. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at the National Football League (NFL) from May 2019 to July 2020. Before their time at NFL, they worked as the Vice President of People at FanDuel from December 2015 to May 2019. Courtney also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at West Coast University and American Career College from December 2014 to December 2015. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Tickets.com, a division of Major League Baseball Advanced Media, from September 2011 to December 2014.

Prior to their work in human resources, Courtney was an Attorney at Littler Mendelson, PC from October 2008 to September 2011. Courtney started their career as an Executive Fellow at the California Department of Justice/Office of the Attorney General from 2004 to 2005.

Courtney Kelley received their J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, graduating cum laude. Prior to that, they earned a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science, Sociology, and Philosophy from the University of San Diego. Courtney attended Rosary High School before their university studies.
