Angie Dreessen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Angie currently holds the position of Operations Project Manager at MissionSquare Retirement since September 2021. Before that, they worked at AIG as a Senior Consultant from July 2019 to September 2021. Prior to AIG, they were employed at Lincoln Financial Group as an Implementation Project Manager from July 2013 to July 2019. Angie has also worked at Vanguard, where they served as a Client Relationship Manager from May 2010 to April 2013. During their time at Vanguard, they managed client relationships with 50 Defined Contribution institutional clients and provided guidance on various aspects of retirement plans. Earlier in their career, they had roles as a Relationship Representative and Funds Trading Associate at Vanguard. Angie's work experience also includes an early role as a Public Relations Intern at United Way of Pennsylvania from June 2003 to May 2004.

Angie Dreessen attended Penn State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Advertising/ Public Relations with a focus on Communications. Additionally, they also earned a degree in Business Administration during the same time period. In August 2019, Angie obtained certification in "Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations" from LinkedIn.
