Jeffrey Counts Pmp, Csm, Spc

Jeffrey Counts, PMP, CSM, SPC is the Vice President of the Strategic Delivery Office (EPMO) at MissionSquare Retirement. In this role, Jeffrey oversees the successful implementation of the company's Strategic Plan and continuously improves project management systems and processes across the enterprise. Prior to this, Jeffrey held leadership positions at ICMA-RC and Marriott International, where Jeffrey was responsible for launching and managing Project Management Offices, overseeing IT projects, and leading initiatives to optimize communication and productivity within the organizations. Jeffrey holds a BA in English from Rice University.
