María Inés Peixoto Milburn

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, a role as a nutritionist at a private practice, and teaching responsibilities in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history at a labor training school. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
