Céline Billant

Céline BILLANT is currently the Director of Infrastructure Investment in North America at iCON Infrastructure LLP. Céline also serves as a Non Executive Board Member and Chair at Cruise Terminals International and Vista Services. Previously, Céline held various senior roles at companies like Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, VINCI Airports, and Bouygues Construction. Céline has a Master's degree in Management, Finance, and Strategy from ESCP Business School and has completed the Aspiring Directors Program in Corporate Governance at INSEAD.
