Kayla Davis

Kayla Davis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kayla started their career at PwC, where they gained expertise in financial audit, specifically in the entertainment, media, and communications sector. Kayla then transitioned to Cengage Learning, where they managed financial reporting and accounting policy. Kayla later joined ABM Industries, where they served as Vice President, Head of M&A, and successfully established the company's mergers and acquisitions global practice. Kayla also held various leadership positions within ABM Industries, including Vice President of Strategy & Transformation, Head of Corporate Financial Planning Analysis, and Head of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting. In 2022, they joined Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. as an SVP Assistant Controller, leading a team of 40 and optimizing the month-end close process. Most recently, they joined Icon Parking as the Chief Financial Officer. In 2023, Kayla also worked at Pentacle Advisors as a Strategic Advisor, helping companies achieve their growth and value creation objectives through financial and strategic leadership. Kayla Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University. Kayla has also completed an Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University in 2021 and obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of New Jersey in 2010.
