Melissa Giles has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Melissa is currently working as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Icon Protection. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Finance and Accounting at Surface Shields from 2019 to 2022. Melissa also served as the Director of Accounting and Finance at Magnate Worldwide from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they worked as the Northern Region Controller at Precoat Metals from 2016 to 2017 and as a Controller at CCL Label from 2013 to 2016. Melissa Giles earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University in 1995. Melissa then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Strategy at the University of Chicago from 1999 to 2001.
