Mark Upton

Mark Upton has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Mark has served as a Partner at EduLINKED, Chief Education Officer at Oriental Cambridge Education Group, and Group K12 Education Director at Chiway Education Group. Mark has also worked as the CEO of Children's University in China and as a Director of Education for ICONA Group in China. Additionally, they have held positions such as owner/director at upto u Education Services and a Senior Partner at Long On Group. Mark Upton has also been involved in various advisory roles, including being a member of the Alumni Advisory Board at Loughborough University and the International Advisory Committee at New Media Arts College, Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts. Mark has also volunteered as a Learnlife LEAD for China.

Mark Upton has a strong educational background in the fields of business sustainability management, education leadership and improvement, and physical education, sports science, geography, and education. Mark obtained a degree in Business Sustainability Management from the CISL Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Education (MEd) and CertFPS from the University of Cambridge from 1999 to 2001. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Joint Hons degree from Loughborough University, which they completed from 1980 to 1984.
